At the beginning of September, a transaction was completed between C&T Group and AGF. In many ways, it is an extraordinary event for AGF, as our presence will now be strengthened in two of the major reinforcing steel markets in Canada, Metropolitan Toronto and Alberta. 

People at C&T have been reinforcing steel experts since 1969, and they are true enthusiasts.  The teams are highly skilled and very dedicated, and the sharing of best practices between various units at AGF Group will result in greater efficiency and increased competitiveness. Mr. Sam Costa, who worked his entire life in the field, will assume the position of President, AGF C&T.
