On July 18, 2014 the Ottawa Redblacks CFL football team had their first home game at their new residence, TD Place at Lansdowne Park.  AGF Raymond Rebar Inc. was an eminent partner in Ottawa's Lansdowne redevelopment project which included a home for Ottawa's new CFL football franchise and a number of residential and retail buildings. AGF Raymond supplied and installed reinforcing steel for the south stands, retaining walls and stairs, the north stands renovations and the large underground water storage basins and a parking garage for the general contractor Pomerleau. We were also involved in the supply and installation of steel for residential condo units and retail towers for the Minto Group.

The work began in November 2012 and was not completed until July of this year. This project saw close to 3800 MT tons of steel being installed. This extensive project had three detailers, 10 to 15 site workers working adamantly along with AGF drivers as well as fabricators working behind the scenes. Larry Taylor, our Operations Manager says "Lansdowne will be a great destination for both residents and visitors and we are proud to have been part of it".
