In this regard, AGF Group is proud to announce the upcoming launch of its Code of Ethics and Business Conduct. Based on our governance practices and our values, the code aims to be an essential guide with regard to the philosophy and the spirit that underlie and animate the management of our daily activities.

Furthermore, the continuous growth of our activities leads us to establish specific points of reference, in order to adjust our behaviours and our commercial practices to be in line with our mission.

By adopting such a code of ethics, the AGF Group wishes to clearly express the ethical principles that its employees and business partners must adhere to and promote.

As soon as it is completed, the AGF Group Code of Ethics will be presented and explained to the entire staff. Ethics being everybody’s concern, everyone must become familiar with the principles promoted in the code, and integrate those principles in their everyday actions.
