The AGF Group is playing a crucial role in the Le Sherbrooke condo project, located in the "Mille carré doré" in the heart of Montreal. This 25-storey tower, built in collaboration with Broccolini, will feature a total of 515 prestigious condominiums.
This large-scale project is distinguished by its degree of complexity and the need to employ specific techniques, notably cantilevered retaining walls. These gravity-defying structures support parts of the building above the void. The project also benefits from our expertise in post-tensioning to reinforce the structure's solidity while optimizing the use of interior space. In all, some 4,000 metric tons of reinforcing steel are required for this project.
Currently in the execution phase, this project mobilizes between 10 and 25 employees on site, depending on requirements. Recent weeks have seen the completion of the post-tensioning phase, a key stage in the progress of the project. The next step will be to continue building the structure, at a rate of one storey per week.

Este proyecto de gran envergadura se distingue por su complejidad y la necesidad de utilizar técnicas específicas, en particular muros de contención en voladizo. Estas estructuras, que parecen desafiar la gravedad, sostienen partes del edificio por encima del vacío. El proyecto también se beneficia de nuestra experiencia en postensado para reforzar la resistencia de la estructura al tiempo que se optimiza el uso del espacio interior. En total, se necesitan unas 4.000 toneladas métricas de acero de refuerzo para este proyecto.
Actualmente en fase de ejecución, este proyecto implicará entre 10 y 25 empleados in situ, en función de las necesidades. En las últimas semanas se ha completado la fase de postensado, una etapa clave en el progreso del proyecto. La próxima etapa consistirá en seguir avanzando con la estructura, a un ritmo de una planta por semana.
