In order to continue providing our customers with services that measure up to their expectations and to maximize synergies within our group, we'd like to inform you that, as of April 1st 2024, we have merged:
into a single corporation under the name of AGF Rebar Inc. (in English, without hyphen) and Acier AGF inc. (in French).
AGF Steel Inc. based in Ottawa (ON) is now continuing its operations under the name of : AGF Rebar Inc. As of April 1, 2024, the name AGF Rebar Inc. will appear on contracts, invoices and other contractual documents for our Ottawa division. All new cheques, invoices and legal documents issued to our Ottawa's office shall now also bear the name “AGF Rebar Inc.”.
In Halifax, Rendan Fabricators Ltd., becomes: Rendan Fabricators (a division of AGF Rebar Inc.).
Our teams of dedicated employees will remain unchanged.

en una única entidad empresarial bajo el nombre de Acier AGF Inc (en francés ) y AGF Rebar Inc (en inglés, sin guiones).
Nuestra divisiónde Ottawa, anteriormente conocida como AGF Steel Inc. pasará a denominarse AGF Rebar Inc. A partir del 1 de abril de 2024, el nombre AGF Rebar Inc. aparecerá en los contratos, facturas y otros documentos contractuales de Ottawa. Todos los nuevos cheques, facturas y documentos legales emitidos a nuestra oficina de Ottawa también deben mostrar ahora el nombre "AGF Rebar Inc.
