Hydro-West Scaffolding now Part of AGF Access

We are happy to announce that we have successfully completed the first phase of the transition to AGF Access.  So far we have received all positive feedback and confirmation that this transition brings additional confidences to the clients in doing business with us moving forward.

Balzac Smoke Stack Completion!!

After over 16 months Hydro-West has officially completed its involvement with Tervita Corp. and the Balzac Stock Stack job.  This project is the largest undertaking in Hydro-West history, second only to the Port Mann Bridge Project.  We are very optimistic that our success on this project will lead to new relationships in the Oil & Gas sector and additional similar demolition projects.

Groves of Varsity – Phase I & II

Hydro-West has been involved in this upscale residential project from the first brick.  Phase I is now complete and we are now fully engaged with a full building wrap on Phase II,  incorporating over 10 various mast climbers at any given time.  We are optimistic that Hydro-West will continue on with the remaining 3 Phases.

Banff Springs Fairmont Hotel

Completed just in time.  This project had several new dynamics for us to work through including over 40 bus loads of guests arriving every day while we worked to limit any interruptions to the guests’ stay and have the job completed together with Bock Roofing before the snow arrived.

COR certification

In partnership with AGF Director of Safety, Martin Logan, Hydro-West has made it a priority to become COR Certified in both Alberta and Calgary.  This is a huge undertaking and targeted for completion prior to the end of 2014. This Certification not only ensures the safety of our employees but also provides quick assurances to our clients that we have the highest safety standards and policies in place for every level of our operation.  The COR Certification is becoming a fundamental requirement to doing business with large scale clients.
