Hello, everyone, and thank you for the question.
All of you who know me personally or through my contributions to our monthly newsletter, The Network, know that my first priority is the company’s sustainability. Indeed, I constantly refer to the virtuous circle: Sustainability – Profitability – Growth.
To ensure sustainability, we must obviously invest a great deal of effort into preparing the next generation.
And in my case, this means preparing Catherine and Maxime to assume greater responsibilities within the Group.
The work of learning, coaching and monitoring our progress ever more closely will therefore be of prime importance to me in the coming months, and I intend to devote all the required effort to it.
I wish all you a nice summer and a great vacation.

Gracias por la pregunta.
Todos los que me conocen personalmente o por medio de mis intervenciones en nuestra publicación mensual La Red, saben que mi prioridad es la perennidad de la empresa. En efecto, me refiero constantemente al círculo virtuoso: Perennidad – Rentabilidad – Crecimiento.
Para garantizar la perennidad, evidentemente es necesario, entre otros, poner mucho esfuerzo en la preparación de la sucesión.
En mi caso, esto significa la preparación de Catherine y Maxime para asumir cada vez más responsabilidades en el Grupo.
Es este trabajo de aprendizaje, de asesoramiento, de un seguimiento cada vez más riguroso del progreso lo que más me interesa para los próximos meses y por el cual me propongo dedicar todos los esfuerzos necesarios.
Les deseo un buen verano, felices vacaciones.
