The Culinary Rendezvous

The first-ever Culinary Rendezvous took place on June 11. This event, which is organized jointly by the AGF Group Foundation and Tablée des Chefs, is an original way to get together and help two causes that are important to AGF. It’s a cooking workshop where everyone pitches in to make a meal and then sits down to enjoy it together.

The participants, who signed up with their colleagues and spouses, were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and mouthwatering canapés. Once the ice was broken, the chef explained the menu, demonstrating the steps we would be replicating. The teams then gathered at their workstations, glasses of wine within easy reach, and this is where the real magic began. Making a meal is a simple affair, but it’s also a powerful tool for bringing people together. Seeing your colleagues from another angle was a very positive experience! Meeting the people from the Tablée des Chefs also had a strong impact on each of us. When founder Jean-François Archambault spoke on a more personal note about his involvement and the mission of Tablée des Chefs, everyone was glad to have been part of it.

The mood was upbeat, and there was a definite party vibe! The Culinary Rendezvous will be offered again in the fall, either for friends and colleagues or for business partners. Stay tuned!
