88 Steele Project for Hydro Rents

We are now into our second year at Hydro Rents Colorado, Inc. We are continuing to grow and as a part of our future growth plans I am pleased to announce that we have added Sherry Wade as an outside sales representative to our team. She came on board at the end of May. Sherry has been in the scaffolding and access business since 1990. She has been a great addition to our team. She will be focusing on new market sectors for the company to help with our future growth and market diversity.

We have recently started a project called 88 Steele. There are 2 buildings. The Adams building which is 95’ high and the Steele building which is 125’ high. This project is for Haselden Construction and the mast climbers will be used for all trades. We will have a total of 6 M2 machines and 5 P-Series machines on site for 7-9 months. All of the erection, dismantle and moves are being done in house by Hydro Rents. It is a very difficult exterior skin with many different products. The machines are being used for welding on relief angle, exterior foam insulation, waterproofing, installing windows, pre-cast stone, brick veneer, stucco and caulking. The most important part of being on a project like this is to be involved early in the game to know what needs each sub has so when the machines are laid out and placed on the wall that we are meeting the needs of everyone. This job site is also very tight with no laydown yard and no room for forklifts. All of the machines are being erected, dismantled and moved with the use of tower cranes and mobile hydro cranes.
