Over the past few weeks, the Kitchener facility has made tremendous strides towards improving their housekeeping and rearranging their shop.

The results have been spectacular. Not only did the team eliminate many safety hazards but they also substantially increased their productivity; they were able to produce 167 tonnes of material in one day! This is a huge accomplishment! 

Our employees are our number one asset. This could not have been achieved without their engagement, contribution, and feedback. They celebrated their success with a plant-wide lunch where the team was acknowledged and they shared their experiences over the past weeks.

Durante las últimas semanas, nuestra división de Kitchener hizo enormes progresos para mejorar el mantenimiento y reorganizar el almacén. Los resultados fueron espectaculares.

No solamente el equipo eliminó varios riesgos relacionados con la seguridad, sino que también aumentó considerablemente su productividad: se produjeron 167 t de material en un día, lo que es un logro enorme.
