On July 1, our AGF Tecnik division in India celebrated its 5th anniversary!
For the occasion, the whole team gathered in a large banquet hall.
Thirupathi Govindarasu, Managing Director of AGF Tecnik, gave a brief overview of our valuation and detailed objectives, and congratulated the AGF Tecnik team on achieving these goals with flying colors.
In particular, he was able to show everyone the AGF Golden Rebar Award they won for embodying our coroporate value of Leadership Mindset. This was awarded at the last AGF Evolution event, our bi-annual managers' meeting.
Raveendar Alavandar (technical director), project managers and team leaders gave opening speeches.
Dhoni and Raveendar underlined the the employees engagement, but above all recognized their support, dedication and commitment to AGF Tecnik since its inception.
Finally, they shared a meal together.

El pasado primero de julio, nuestra división AGF Tecnik, ubicada en India, ¡celebró cinco años de existencia!
Para esta ocasión, todo el equipo se reunió en una gran sala de banquetes. Thirupathi Govindarasu, Director general de AGF Tecnik, dio una breve descripción de nuestra estimación y de nuestros objetivos detallados, y felicitó al equipo de AGF Tecnik por haber alcanzado sus objetivos con entusiasmo. En particular, el equipo pudo mostrarles a todos el trofeo Golden Rebar Award que obtuvo por su Sentido de Liderazgo durante nuestro último encuentro bianual de directores AGF Évolution.
Raveendar Alavandar, director técnico, y los jefes de proyecto, seguidos de los jefes de equipo, pronunciaron discursos inaugurales.
