The plant employees at AGF Rebar’s Albrecht Division were on their best behavior in the month of September! Thanks to Albrecht’s new Plant Manager, Gerry Comeau, things are changing for the better. All plant employees who had zero lates or absences in the month of September were entered into a draw for a chance to win a $100 restaurant gift card.
The struggle was real! Slowly but surely the late arrivals dwindled and the absences were few and far between. By month end there were a total of 13 employees who were entered into the draw. Congratulations to the lucky winners; Dwayne Parks and Gatkouth Diang!!!
Waking up to go to work is hard, but waking up with visions of a free giant steak as a reward sounds like GREAT incentive to me! Thanks to Gerry for breathing new life into the plant, and keep up the good work Albrecht plant employees, you are doing an AMAZING job!
Los empleados de la planta de la división Albrecht de AGF Rebar ¡dieron lo mejor de sí mismos en el mes de septiembre! Gracias al nuevo Gerente de Planta de Albrecht, Gerry Comeau, las cosas están mejorando. Todos los empleados de la planta que no tuvieron ningún retraso o ausencia durante el mes de septiembre entraron a un sorteo para una tarjeta de regalo de 100 CAD de un restaurante.
¡La batalla fue real! Lento pero seguro, los retrasos disminuyeron y las ausencias fueron contadas. Al final del mes, trece empleados entraron al sorteo. ¡Felicidades a los afortunados ganadores Dwayne Parks y Gatkouth Diang!
Despertarse para ir a trabajar es difícil pero despertarse con la imagen de un filete gigante gratuito como recompensa ¡me parece un MARAVILLOSO incentivo!
