On August 13, AGF Peru's teams had the pleasure of welcoming Carlos Estremadoyro, who is none other than the Peruvian Minister of Transport and Telecommunications.
During his visit, he toured our manufacturing and segment assembly facilities for the Lima Metro’s Line 2 tunnel.
The Minister congratulated us for our work, but also for the safety measures we have implemented to protect our workers in the context of the pandemic.
I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate my team. I am very proud of them and I thank them for their work and the efforts they are making despite the difficulties facing the country.

Our Chilean division is currently working on the construction of two hospitals:
-Melipilla hospital: Located an hour’s drive from Santiago, this 6,500 MT project started in February 2019 and 95% of the work is now completed.
- Salvador Hospital and National Institute for Geriatrics, in the municipality of Providencia. The initial contract was for 8,000 MT of steel, but the customer was satisfied with the work done by TOAGF and we were awarded an additional contract for 8,000 MT.

El pasado 13 de agosto, los equipos de AGF Perú tuvieron el placer de recibir al Sr. Carlos Estremadoyro, Ministro de Transportes y de Telecomunicaciones de Perú.
Durante su visita, pudo realizar el recorrido de nuestras instalaciones de fabricación y de ensamblaje de los segmentos del túnel de la línea 2 del metro de Lima.
El ministro nos felicitó por nuestro trabajo y por las medidas de seguridad implementadas para proteger a nuestros trabajadores durante la pandemia.
Aprovecho para reconocer a mi equipo, el cual me enorgullece. Les agradezco por su trabajo y los esfuerzos que realizan a pesar de las dificultades que enfrenta el país.

Nuestra división de Chile trabaja actualmente en la construcción de dos hospitales:
- El Hospital Melipilla: Situado a una hora de Santiago, este proyecto de 6500 t inició en febrero de 2019 y ya se ha logrado el 95% de la obra.
- El Hospital de Salvador y el Instituto Nacional de Geriatría: Están situados en la municipalidad de Providencia. El contrato inicial era de 8000 t de acero, pero como el cliente estaba satisfecho del trabajo de TOAGF, obtuvimos un trabajo suplementario de 8000 t.
