Miguel Tremblay is shop supervisor at AGF – Rebar Inc. (DMC Division) in Sudbury, Ontario. He joined DMC in April 2007 as a bender operator. He is eager to learn new skills and has always taken every opportunity to acquire new skills on the job, which have led him to where he is today.
Building on his passion for learning, Miguel enjoys passing his knowledge on to his colleagues. Teaching them new methods to simplify their work and making them more efficient in their daily jobs is he truly enjoys. Miguel enjoys working at AGF – Rebar Inc. (DMC Division) and is proud to be part of the bigger AGF Group family, which employs people worldwide.
When he is not working, Miguel is an avid outdoors enthusiast. He enjoys hunting, fishing and camping, especially when he can do them with his family.

Miguel Tremblay es Supervisor de Taller en AGF-Rebar Inc. (División DMC), en Sudbury, Ontario. Empezó a trabajar en DMC el 20 de abril de 2007 como Operador de Dobladora. La pasión de Miguel es adquirir nuevas habilidades en el trabajo y durante su antigüedad ha aprovechado todas las oportunidades para hacerlo, lo que lo llevó a su puesto de Supervisor de Taller.
Gracias a su pasión por el aprendizaje, Miguel disfruta transmitir sus conocimientos a sus empleados y colegas. Miguel disfruta realmente enseñarles a los empleados los nuevos métodos de simplificación para que sean más eficaces en sus tareas diarias. Miguel disfruta ser un empleado de AGF-Rebar Inc. (División DMC) y está orgulloso de ser parte de una empresa tan grande como AGF Group, quien emplea gente en todo el mundo.
Durante su tiempo libre, Miguel disfruta pasar tiempo con su familia y es un aficionado al aire libre. Disfruta cazar, pescar y acampar, especialmente con su familia.
