Paul has been heavily involved in various plant projects in Longueuil. Whether it is for preventive maintenance, maintenance inventory organization, tool traceability or truck and trailer tracking, Paul has always made sure to consider the comments from those impacted, and to do the necessary follow-ups to ensure the longevity of projects after initial deployment. The success of his projects enables them to be rolled out to other divisions of the Group, where Paul continues to use his "Think Outside The Box" approach. It also enables AGF to improve continuously.

Steve Partington
Steve has shown incredible team spirit this month by coming to lend a hand to the Calgary team. Thanks to his magic, he repaired a machine and took care of the maintenance of many pieces of equipment in collaboration with the team on site. Well done and thank you!

Mélissa Gariepy
Thanks to Mélissa, who did her marketing internship with us this summer. She quickly got involved in the communications team's projects with great motivation and resourcefulness. Well done to Kelly Stewart and Sophie Desrosiers, who put in a great team effort. The Trois-Rivières and Quebec City teams encountered difficulties with MPEX. They generously helped the team by using their knowledge to help other divisions despite their busy schedules to offer concrete solutions.

Ottawa Team
A huge thumbs up to everyone who was involved in preparing for the Ottawa Go-Live on June 26, 2023. Thank you to the Ottawa Staff for accepting this challenge, encouraging others, supporting co-workers and for putting in the extra time and effort required. It is because of the staff and the ERP team that AGF Ottawa is well on its way to being very successful with this project. This has been a huge feat so far and during the Go-Live week, but many challenges and obstacles were overcome and lessens learned. The enthusiasm, positivity, grace and poise during the go live week was remarkable and very inspiring. You are all amazing and working along side you is a gift that I treasure.

Gracias al personal de Ottawa por aceptar este reto, animar a los demás, apoyar a los compañeros de trabajo y por dedicar el tiempo y el esfuerzo extra necesarios. Es gracias al personal y al equipo ERP que AGF Ottawa está en camino de tener mucho éxito con este proyecto. Ha sido una gran hazaña hasta ahora y durante la semana de Go-Live, pero se han superado muchos retos y obstáculos y se ha aprendido menos. El entusiasmo, la positividad, la gracia y el aplomo durante la semana de lanzamiento fueron notables y muy inspiradores. Todos sois increíbles y trabajar con vosotros es un regalo que atesoro.
